CBN 959 USSD Verification Service

The USSD service was deployed to aid the citizens on Financial Institutions that are regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

My role as the Technical Analyst was the following:

1. Developed the customer user journey document which was sent to all stakeholeders involved and making necessary changes requested by the client.

2. Developed the workflow document for the developers.

3. Acted as the liason between all stakeholders which include the client and the developers ensuring that all the clients demands were communicated to the devlopers in the terms understood by them.

4. Acted as a liason between stakeholders and the MNOs.

5. Carried out test on the USSD service, checking spelling errors and spillage.

6. Ensured the USSD service passed the quality checks required by the client.

7. Carried out daily checks ensuring that service was up at all times.
